Health DataTrust : an essential response for a healthcare ecosystem based on trust and performance.

  1. The centres collect and create the database. This database is stored at an HDS host and contains the data, the NIR and a link number for the centres called: Cid acc.
  2. The database manager transmits the NIR/Cid acc pair to the centralising third party, Health DataTrust. Health DataTrust then creates a link number for the Third Party, called: Tid Acc, and creates a table of correspondence between the NIR/Cid Acc/Tid acc.
  3. The NIR/Tid Acc pair is sent to the SNDS manager.
  4. The SNDS manager transmits the SNDS data attached to the Tid Acc.
  5. The Third Party Centraliser communicates the correspondence table between Tid Acc and Cid Acc.
